Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration or related field preferred
• Florida Administrator license/certification required
• Experience as General Manager, Executive Director or Administrator in healthcare
• Proven ability to manage operating expenses of $1M+ annually
• Sales or business development experience preferred to drive local revenue

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and align with long-term goals
• Lead clinical, managerial, and custodial teams to work cohesively
• Hire and train staff at all levels
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Coordinate with clinical staff on residents' care plans
• Provide regular safety and compliance training
• Create and maintain the facility budget
• Oversee billing and set fees
• Represent the organization to the board, the public, and residents' families
