Morrison Healthcare seeks a Senior Director of Dining Services to provide strategic leadership for food service operations within a healthcare setting in Orlando, FL. The role oversees daily operations, manages client relationships, and drives account profitability.

Relocation assistance is available. The Senior Director will lead a team, ensure high-quality food and service, and align dining programs with facility plans and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operations management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service desirable.
• ServSafe® certification a plus.
