The role requires leadership experience and strong knowledge of foodservice operations, budgeting, safety, and sanitation. Relocation assistance is available, with annual bonus potential and a healthcare-focused employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, quality, production, sanitation and cost control.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service is desirable.
