The position emphasizes strategic leadership, relationship building with clients, and alignment of dining services with facility plans to deliver exceptional patient and staff experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven leadership experience.
• 2–4 years of direct foodservice operations management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, and food cost controls.
• P&L accountability knowledge; contract‑managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Must be forward thinking, proactive and the face of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Operates the department within the approved budget, delivering client value.
• Ensures that the food offered is of superior quality.
• Directs and conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients and internal departments.
• Promotes the professional growth and development of the entire team.
• Fosters strong inter‑departmental relations and aligns dining with the facility plan.
