Job summary

The Pueblo of San Felipe seeks a Clinical Application Coordinator to oversee interfaces and functionality between IHS and Tribal data systems, ensuring compliance with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of operating health care systems.

You will coordinate implementation, training, testing, and troubleshooting of RPMS/EHR templates and related software, optimize data collection for quality reporting, and train staff in DENTRIX, KAREO, BEAR, and EHR/RPMS usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of general computer skills and experience with electronic health records or data systems.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary health care environment and understanding of IHS clinics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and maintenance of interfaces between IHS and Tribal data systems.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate Clinical Information Technology software.
• Assist in configuration, training, testing, and troubleshooting the RPMS/EHR platform.
• Support data collection for quality reports and ensure accurate reporting.
