Job summary

You will build powerful partnerships with volunteers, corporate leaders, and communities to drive revenue and mission impact while aligning with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of relevant fundraising experience and 6 years of managerial experience.
• Direct knowledge of special event fundraising tactics is crucial.
• Public health experience is helpful.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% in the Boston market.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement strategy for Boston market's unified health and $6M revenue goals.
• Guide and direct the team to achieve performance indicators.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff to drive growth in unrestricted revenue.
• Develop and manage a volunteer Board of Directors.
• Build partnerships with volunteers, community and corporate leaders.
• Develop profiles of top businesses and secure involvement.
• Meet with staff to review programs and improve efficiency.
