You will shape strategic growth, expand school partnerships, engage funders, and cultivate a collaborative culture that supports scholars from high-need backgrounds while advancing the organization’s vision and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an organization as Executive Director or President, or readiness to step into that role.
• Proven track record in fundraising and building external relationships with major donors and partners.
• Experience guiding organizational growth, expansion, or strategic transformation.
• Genuine passion for educational equity with a history of stakeholder influence.
• Collaborative leadership style that empowers staff and balances innovation with stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership and scale initiatives, including growth opportunities and partnerships.
• Serve as the public face to funders and major donors, partnering with the Development Director.
• Strengthen governance and board collaboration to support growth and accountability.
