In partnership with Lindauer, Access Opportunity is seeking its next Executive Director at an exciting moment in the organization's evolution.

Having built a highly successful model that helps high-achieving students from low-income households succeed through college and beyond, the organization is looking for an accomplished fundraiser and relationship-builder to expand the philanthropic community and resources that fuel its mission.

Serving as chief executive, lead fundraiser, and external ambassador, the Executive Director will assume strategic ownership of Access Opportunity's development program.

The majority of the role will focus on fundraising, communications, and external engagement, including cultivating and soliciting major donors, building a robust prospect pipeline, strengthening corporate and foundation relationships, and developing creative approaches to donor engagement.
