Job summary

Multnomah Athletic Foundation seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead the organization, working with a board to expand reach and impact in youth sports and education. You will oversee fundraising, governance, and program strategy while representing the Foundation publicly to donors, partners, and the community.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and an ability to grow revenue and partnerships within a small team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years progressive nonprofit leadership experience.
• 5+ years experience in fundraising and development.
• 5+ years experience with financial management, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for grants, scholarships, and community programs.
• Oversee Deputy Director and manage staff, volunteers, and committees.
• Lead fundraising efforts and act as public spokesperson with donors and partners.
• Ensure financial oversight, donor stewardship, and governance support.
• Build partnerships with MAC and community organizations to expand reach.
