• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership responsibility.
• Experience developing partnerships and generating revenue through sponsorships, fundraising, or membership.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Executive presence and strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• P&L ownership, financial management, and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization as a accountable senior leader with strategic direction.
• Own revenue strategy across sponsorships, partnerships, fundraising, and membership.
• Build and manage a high-impact team, and collaborate with the Board.
• Oversee financial health, programming, and organizational operations.
• Cultivate relationships with founders, investors, partners, and community leaders.
