Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee AbilityOne, community outreach, Goodwill program engagement and contract compliance reporting to Senior Vice President.
• Forecast and manage department budgets and operating plans.
• Lead recruitment and workforce development initiatives in the Great Lakes region.
• Develop and mentor Director-level staff to ensure high performance and succession readiness.
• Build strong partnerships with government, contractors, and community organizations.
