Premier, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director, Delivery and Optimization to lead a pod of Delivery Managers, Directors and Senior Directors, driving strategy, execution and value realization across a broad portfolio.

You will own delivery strategy, manage senior-level relationships, oversee contract performance, and mentor a large team while coordinating with COE leadership to ensure consistent support and growth.

Qualificações

• Work Experience: 10+ years in relevant leadership roles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required; Master's preferred.
• Proven track record in account management and contract optimization.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead GPO Delivery pod across accounts, driving strategy and value.
• Oversee contract performance management and analytics at portfolio level.
• Cultivate senior relationships with member supply chain executives.
• Mentor 10+ team members; drive talent development and succession.
• Coordinate with COE leadership to ensure consistent strategy and support.
