Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Proven ability to lead through change, manage dependencies, and handle high-pressure environments.
• Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience guiding selection and implementation of technologies, platforms, and tools.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled workflow improvements and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio planning and investment governance across a global technology portfolio.
• Provide executive-ready insights on budget, delivery health, value realization and risk posture.
• Drive governance, controls, and audit readiness within portfolio processes.
• Identify and implement improvements across the portfolio lifecycle, including tooling adoption and data quality.
• Partner with engineering, product, finance, and business management to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Lead the enterprise strategy for reusable, enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities within programs.
