Job summary

DTCC is seeking an Executive Director, Cloud Portfolio Management in Jersey City to establish and lead the Cloud Business Office, aligning cloud initiatives with enterprise priorities and regulatory requirements. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team spanning portfolio management, FinOps, audit coordination, and TPM.

You will partner with Enterprise Finance to connect strategy with spend and value, driving transparency, planning accuracy, and executive confidence in cloud decisions.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years in related roles in large, complex tech settings.
• Proven leadership of portfolio management, PMO, or business office functions.
• Strong knowledge of financial governance, risk, control, and audit frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated cloud portfolio across Cloud Engineering, Tools Development, and Operations.
• Ensure cloud work is defined, sequenced, and tracked to measurable outcomes.
• Provide executive reporting on portfolio health, progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Lead quarterly planning and prioritization across cloud functions.
• Partner with Enterprise Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and funding decisions.
• Establish and operate the Cloud Business Office with FinOps governance and audit readiness.
• Lead Cloud Technical Project Management and maintain a trusted status for delivery.
