Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking an Executive Director to lead Corporate Technology's Portfolio Management & Governance. You will drive core elements of portfolio planning, investment governance, executive reporting, and process/tooling improvement across a large global technology portfolio.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with end‑to‑end delivery and data‑driven influence. You will partner with Finance, Business Management, Engineering and Product to strengthen controls,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Proven ability to drive portfolio planning, governance, and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical reasoning and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions and enterprise tooling.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio planning & investment hygiene for corporate technology.
• Enhance governance, controls, and executive reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Produce insights on budget, delivery health, value realization, and risk posture.
• Identify improvements across portfolio lifecycle and tooling adoption.
• Embed strong controls and audit-ready documentation, with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Business Management to align priorities.
• Lead enterprise strategy for reuse-first adoption of AI capabilities in governance.
• Define governance frameworks for AI-assisted workflows with proper traceability.
