Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., higher education administration, international relations).
• 5+ years of senior-level experience in international programs, research administration, or related field.
• Experience with higher education in India and international partnerships.
• Proven ability to develop, manage, and implement global initiatives.
• Commitment to equity, student advocacy, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic goals for partnerships with India within UAlbany's strategic plan.
• Coordinate with Academic Affairs, Research, Enrollment, Communications, and Marketing to align partnership activities.
• Lead relationship-building with RUAS, RISM, and industry partners; travel as needed to advance goals.
