Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business or military leadership with sales and operations understanding.
• Cemetery and funeral home operations preferred.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical decisions.
• Proven people leadership, including coaching and team development.
• Hands-on leader who balances strategy with execution. Proficient with MS Office.

• Lead funeral home and cemetery operations with excellence, compliance and a first-class family experience.
• Drive growth and profitability, hitting case volume and revenue targets through disciplined execution.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire employees by modeling NorthStar's values and standards.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Represent Eternal Light in the community through events and outreach to churches, hospitals, and community centers.
• Strengthen community relationships and enhance the location's reputation as a trusted service provider.
