Job summary

Fox Valley Technical College Foundation is seeking an Executive Director to lead fundraising and strategy, splitting time 65% Foundation and 35% FVTC. The role directs the Foundation's operations, cultivates major gifts, builds community partnerships, engages volunteers and boards, and advances the College's mission through strategic fundraising programs and effective stewardship.

This position requires outstanding communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area such as business, management, or communications.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience with successful donor solicitation.
• Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic Foundation plan aligned with the College's mission.
• Oversee Foundation operations, budgeting, and reporting.
• Plan and direct fundraising activities including annual and capital campaigns.
• Cultivate and manage major gifts and donor partnerships.
• Strengthen Foundation board membership and governance.
• Oversee scholarship program and community relations initiatives.
• Represent the College and Foundation at events and in the community.
