Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced finance acumen with experience delivering MIS for P&A and/or Product Control/Controllers.
• Advanced understanding of financial performance drivers, variance analysis, forecasting, and key financial statements/metrics.
• Proven track record leading data/reporting transformation programs (process simplification, automation, platform modernization).

Responsibilities

• Own the MIS strategy and roadmap for Finance reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and executive insights; define standards for metrics, controls, and governance.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate MIS processes (e.g., close/reporting acceleration, improved data lineage, reduced manual touchpoints).
• Build and enhance scalable reporting solutions using modern data and analytics approaches (e.g., data pipelines, semantic layers, self-service BI).
• Apply AI/GenAI to improve productivity and insight generation with narrative commentary, anomaly detection, variance drivers, and automated controls/QA checks.
• Partner with P&A and Product Controllers to deliver accurate, timely performance and risk insights; translate financial concepts into actionable business narratives.
