• Advanced finance acumen with MIS for P&A or Product Control/Controllers.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Own MIS strategy and roadmap for Finance reporting, KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead automation and data lineage improvements; reduce manual touchpoints.
• Build scalable reporting using data pipelines and semantic layers.
• Apply AI/GenAI to improve productivity and insights with risk controls.
• Partner with P&A and Product Controllers to deliver timely performance insights.
• Present to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Establish data quality practices, governance and documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers.
