Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Financial Reporting Systems Lead – Executive Director to modernize MIS in Finance, emphasizing automation, data engineering, and AI-enabled reporting. You will partner with P&A and Product Controllers, drive governance, and elevate executive insights with data-driven storytelling.

You will lead a team to deliver scalable reporting solutions, data quality controls, and maintain strong collaboration with senior leaders across Finance.

Qualifications

• Advanced finance acumen with MIS experience in finance reporting.
• Proven ability to lead data/reporting transformation programs.
• Strong SQL, data lineage, governance and controls.
• Experience applying AI/GenAI to reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own MIS strategy and roadmap for Finance reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and executive insights.
• Lead automation and standardization of MIS processes and data lineage.
• Build scalable reporting solutions using data pipelines and semantic layers.
• Apply AI/GenAI to improve productivity, narrative generation, and anomaly detection.
• Partner with P&A and Product Controllers to deliver timely insights with clear narratives.
• Present to senior leadership and steer decisions with crisp recommendations.
• Establish data quality controls, reconciliations, and robust documentation.
• Lead and mentor analysts, developers, and BI resources.
