Job summary

Better Together seeks an Executive Director to lead the Better Families program in Central East Florida. You will guide strategy, donor relations, and regional growth across Brevard, Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in social work or related field and 5+ years of frontline experience; a master’s in a related field and 3+ years in leadership is preferred. Remote-ready, with strong communication and fundraising skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human service field.
• Master’s degree in social work or leadership/human services preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years working with vulnerable children and families.

Responsibilities

• Leadership, metrics, and accountability for regional success.
• Supervision and support of staff and volunteers.
• Donor prospecting, cultivation, and fundraising planning.
• Church and community engagement to expand partnerships.
