Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, management, operations, sport management, or related field preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple Family Centers.
• Drive operational excellence and achievement of KPIs across centers.
• Oversee budgets and forecasting, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.
• Develop and coach leadership teams, fostering succession planning and accountability.
• Strengthen community relationships, fundraising, and volunteer engagement.
