WhiteCap Search is seeking an experienced, client-focused professional to lead our Family Office practice, delivering accounting, financial, and admin services to high-net-worth clients while managing a team and driving growth.

You will oversee accounting, reporting, cash flow analysis, and investment accounting for complex structures, collaborate with tax and advisory teams, and implement AI-enabled workflows and cloud platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university.
• 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting or family office environment.
• Strong experience working with high-net-worth individuals and complex entities.
• Must be able to work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Deep knowledge of partnership accounting, investments, and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting and reporting, financial management, and advisory services for family office clients.
• Review financial statements, general ledger activity, cash flow projections, budgets, and reporting packages.
• Lead client relationship management and ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate with tax, advisory, and other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and implementation of technology platforms.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and operational support to clients and their advisors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, seniors, and staff.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Support business development initiatives and thought leadership.
