Job summary

EisnerAmper, West Palm Beach, seeks a Manager to oversee multiple Family Office client engagements, coaching staff and developing new business for the Firm. The role is predominantly in office and focuses on leadership, technical accounting, and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of progressive experience, a solid grasp of US GAAP, and familiarity with cloud accounting tools. CPA is preferred; we offer a merit-based environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent training and experience.
• At least 6–8 years experience with increasing scope of responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems including QuickBooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, Bill.com, Concur, Expensify.
• Strong understanding of Family Office services and tax work.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises engagements and special assignments.
• Reviews staff work for accuracy.
• Assists with entering, reconciling and reporting investment strategies; reviews statements for accuracy.
• Demonstrates high technical proficiency and keeps informed of developments.
• Supervises and develops less experienced staff.
• Identifies tax and accounting issues and researches solutions.
• Monitors engagement realization and maintains engagement economics.
• Supports client billing, collections and AR aging.
• Prepares client meeting agendas and materials.
• Collaborates with tax teams on tax implications.
• Organizes tax documents with partners and senior managers.
