Job summary

Anchin, a New York City based CPA and consulting firm, seeks a Director for Family Office Services to advise high-net-worth clients and oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering accounting, tax, reporting, and wealth planning services.

You will drive client service excellence, talent development, and growth of the Family Office practice while coordinating with attorneys, investment advisors, bankers, and trustees in a dynamic New York environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, EA or Law License required.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in professional accounting/advisory/family office services.
• Experience serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of family office clients.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial objectives and legacy goals.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex financial and family office matters.
• Coordinate and oversee delivery across accounting, tax, advisory, trust, and wealth planning.
• Collaborate with attorneys, investment advisors, trustees, and bankers.
• Oversee family office accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash management.
• Review consolidated statements for family office entities and investments.
• Monitor liquidity needs and support investment administration.
