Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related experience in facility management or equivalent in large venues.
• Knowledge of public assembly facility management and customer service practices.
• NFL Stadium experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level project management oversight for multiple concurrent events and guest experience projects.
• Establish standardized project management processes, timelines, and accountability frameworks.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions throughout the event lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-quality event outcomes.
• Develop policies and procedures for Event Services and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to ensure service delivery, cost control, and quality standards.
• Represent the facility in meetings and with clients to ensure requirements are met.
• Prepare reports for leadership and manage department budgets.
