Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant technology strategy or organizational-design experience.
• Demonstrated enterprise-scale target operating model design.
• Strong organizational-design and governance experience.
• Shared-services and/or global capability center strategy experience.
• Benchmarking and maturity-assessment expertise.
• Strong financial and strategic business-case development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise target operating model and organizational-design initiatives across Technology and Operations.
• Design organizational structures, governance frameworks, decision rights, and accountability models.
• Develop shared-services, global capability center, nearshore, location, outsourcing, and build-vs-buy strategies.
• Lead benchmarking, maturity assessments, and strategic diagnostics.
• Build financial and strategic business cases covering current costs, investments, savings opportunities, and payback.
• Advise senior executives on complex cross-functional and cross-regional transformation decisions.
• Structure strategic engagements and transition approved target states to delivery organizations.
• Develop repeatable methodologies, frameworks, and tools for future enterprise advisory work.
