• Strong Agile governance and Jira management knowledge.
• Executive reporting and business-outcome measurement experience.
• Knowledge of technology portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and capitalization.
• Experience building portfolio controls, standards, objectives, and KPIs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise technology portfolio governance processes and standards.
• Implement and promote adoption of strategic portfolio management tools.
• Standardize initiative intake, KPIs, objectives, and completion criteria.
• Align product owner roadmaps with strategic priorities and delivery execution.
• Define and enforce Agile and Jira governance practices.
• Connect technology initiatives with financial planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
• Produce meaningful executive reporting on initiative progress and business outcomes.
• Coach teams on portfolio processes and support organizational adoption.
• Document repeatable governance processes and standards.
