You will lead teams across analytics, software engineering, and project management; build governance, dashboards, and cost controls; mentor staff and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of technology leadership experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 8+ years of ERP systems experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field required
- MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the Data & Analytics function with cross-functional teams
- Define and execute the enterprise data and ERP roadmap
- Ensure data and analytics support key business processes across the company
- Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and program governance
- Mentor and develop team members to foster continuous improvement
