You will drive reliability, security, cost efficiency, and scalability while partnering with MSPs and internal teams.

The role emphasizes translating technical operations into business impact, building high-performing teams, and maintaining strong governance and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior leadership in enterprise infrastructure or IT operations.
• Experience aligning IT with business strategy and risk management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise infrastructure operations across compute, storage, backup, monitoring, and cloud services.
• Establish standards, runbooks, observability, and continuous improvement to reduce disruption.
• Define MSP governance, vendor management, and service expectations with clear accountability.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimization.
• Ensure security, risk, regulatory compliance, vulnerability remediation, and resilience.
• Provide executive reporting on performance, health, risk, and priorities.
