Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an Exec Director, Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI to lead modernization of its data platforms across payer and provider domains. You will drive cloud-native architecture, data governance, and scalable analytics to empower enterprise decision-making.

You will oversee Databricks on AWS, Epic Caboodle, and BI tools, build a high-performing data engineering organization, mentor teams, and partner with clinical and financial stakeholders to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
• “12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise data engineering or data platform architecture.”
• “Deep experience managing legacy platforms and cloud migrations to modern architectures.”

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, performance, and reliability of enterprise data platforms.
• Lead cloud migration to AWS-based architecture with Databricks and lakehouse design.
• Build and lead a high-performing data engineering team and govern data quality.
• Partner with clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders to enable AI/ML workflows.
