Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field required.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field strongly preferred.
• Active RN license preferred; ACM/ CCM certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Case Management and/or Utilization Management.
• 3+ years in senior leadership roles with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience leading regulatory compliance initiatives and responding to external audits.
• Strong analytical, strategic and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide strategic leadership for Case Management across Beth Israel Lahey Health facilities.
• Develop standardized policies, procedures, and performance metrics across the system.
• Oversee transition from decentralized site-based operations to an integrated enterprise model.
• Lead care coordination and discharge planning initiatives to optimize transitions of care.
• Partner with Population Health, Value-Based Care, and payer teams to align strategies with risk-based contracts.
• Develop executive dashboards and ROI analytics to demonstrate program value.
