Job summary

Revance Therapeutics, Inc. seeks an Executive Director, Head of Commercial & Enterprise Applications to own the strategic roadmap and the health of the portfolio including Salesforce, IQVIA OCE, Aptean Ross, Five9, and training/marketing apps. You will mentor a diverse team, drive best-practices, and maintain a zero-incidents mindset.

The role reports to the CTO and is location-flexible with onsite options in Nashville and other U.S. cities; salary $225k-$250k plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience with 6+ years leading enterprise application teams.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce multi-cloud expertise across Marketing, Experience, Loyalty and Service Cloud.
• Full-lifecycle experience implementing or replatforming a major CRM or ERP.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce platform end to end, spanning multiple Clouds and the life sciences CRM.
• Lead platform architecture to scale with a dynamic commercial business and clean data model.
• Drive integration across portfolio to operate as one system and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Oversee ERP (Aptean Ross) and order-to-cash processes from quote to cash.
• Mentor a team of analysts, architects, and project managers; manage vendors and SOWs.
• Partner with Data & AI to define integration and data architecture across platforms.
