Job summary

ICANN is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Applications to own the strategy, governance, and lifecycle of ICANN’s enterprise app portfolio. You will lead modernization, platform standardization, and interoperability across Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Corporate Operations to enable ICANN’s long-term technology vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise applications, business systems, technology leadership, or related disciplines.
• Minimum eight (8) years of people leadership experience managing managers, professional staff, and technical teams.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• TOGAF Certification, COBIT Foundation or higher, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, and enterprise platform certs (Workday, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Enterprise Applications strategy aligned with goals and digital transformation.
• Own the enterprise application portfolio across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Corporate Operations.
• Develop roadmaps, manage lifecycle, and drive optimizations including cost reduction.
• Oversee integration, APIs, middleware, and interoperability across platforms.
• Partner with Architecture, Security, Product Management, and Data teams to deliver value.
