Job summary

Jewish Federation of Cleveland seeks a Managing Director, Enterprise Applications to partner with the CIO on technology strategy and oversee a portfolio of enterprise systems including Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, and Data Warehouse. You will lead a multidisciplinary IT team and drive system improvements aligned with the Federation’s fundraising and operational goals.

The role reports to the CIO and emphasizes governance, roadmap delivery, vendor management, and change leadership across Finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MIS, or related discipline) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology management roles.
• Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional technology teams supporting enterprise-scale business systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and delivery oversight of the systems roadmap and strategy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Development, Marketing, Donor Services, and HR to prioritize needs.
• Manage release planning and training for business users.
• Oversee governance for enterprise applications and vendor partnerships.
• Direct strategy, architecture, implementation, and lifecycle management of the enterprise application portfolio.
