Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years leading enterprise applications teams.
Bachelor's in CS, IS, or related field.
Experience with ERP, SAP, APIs, and system integrations.
Strong vendor management and budget oversight.
Proven executive-level escalation experience.
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

Direct the availability, lifecycle, and modernization of global enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, core platforms).
Establish application lifecycle frameworks, deployment strategies, and integration plans to minimize risk.
Serve as ultimate authority for major outages, directing debugging and patches.
Forecast software consumption, licensing needs, and platform scalability.
Negotiate and manage vendor agreements with software providers and SaaS vendors.
Partner with C-suite to align investments with KPIs and growth; mentor teams.
