Job summary

Constellation is seeking an Executive Director to lead commercialization and annual sales for the Energy Solutions portfolio, overseeing strategic market analysis, prioritization of opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and sales teams to maximize value for customers.

The role requires experience in complex energy markets, strong leadership, and the ability to drive growth across multiple segments within a large matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; or 16 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong marketing, and analytical skills.
• Strong presentation skills; capable of presenting externally and internally.
• Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management and work under high stress.

Responsibilities

• Understand market trends and customer needs to prioritize opportunities.
• Drive annual sales results for Constellation Energy Solutions.
• Establish and maintain a viable sales pipeline across federal, MUSH, and commercial/industrial segments.
• Commercialize new energy solutions offerings with products team.
• Directly manage a team selling energy solutions across multiple segments.
