Job summary

University of Texas at Austin seeks an Executive Director for Development for Endowment Services and Gift Operations to lead daily operations of endowment and gift compliance. You will supervise a team, advise on endowment usage, and drive CRM initiatives in collaboration with campus partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven+ years in advancement services, endowment administration, or related field.
• Experience in complex higher education or nonprofit environments.
• Knowledge of endowment establishment, gift acceptance, expenditure monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Endowment Services and Gift Compliance staff; review duties, projects, and performance.
• Advise Deans and gift officers on endowment compliance and usage.
• Participate in SPUR CRM implementation across workstreams.
• Identify and implement tools to increase scalability and automate workflows.
• Oversee naming policies, endowment policies, and related procedures.
• Prepare reports and oversee endowed gift and naming agreements.
