Job summary

Visa's Corporate IT group seeks a Senior Director, Client Engineering to lead end-user technology strategy and delivery for a global workforce. You will unify endpoint devices, OS/SOE, MDM/EMM, Citrix/VDI, and VDI solutions into a cohesive experience.

This role requires a proven track record leading large teams, shaping roadmaps, driving modernization, and partnering with security, workplace technology, and business stakeholders. Travel and in-office presence are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 9 years of work experience with an Advanced degree or 15+ years with a PhD
• Extensive leadership of large, global teams (5,000+ employees)
• Deep technical expertise in end-user technologies: SOE/OS management, endpoint engineering, mobile platforms, Citrix/VDI
• Experience with ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow ITSM

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic technology strategies and roadmaps for client engineering, aligning with business objectives and elevating end-user experience
• Lead evaluation, piloting, and deployment of new technologies including modern endpoint management, mobile platforms, and virtual workspace solutions
• Set technical direction for architecture, engineering, and delivery of complex enterprise-wide solutions
• Drive adoption of best practices in security, automation, performance, and user-centric design
