• Transformational Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and guide the macOS client engineering organization to deliver secure, reliable, and delightful outcomes at global scale.
• Define and communicate a clear multi-year macOS platform vision and roadmap; translate strategy into executable quarterly outcomes and measurable KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of macOS engineers and platform specialists; build talent pipelines and meaningful career paths.
• Establish a culture of accountability, engineering excellence, and continuous learning; drive decisions to closure.
