Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a senior nursing leader to oversee administrative and operational functions across departments. This role focuses on cost management, HR, operations, quality of care, and clinical outcomes to support a patient- and family-centered care model.

The position requires at least 7 years of nursing experience including progressive management responsibility, plus active Georgia RN licensure. A BSN is required; an MSN or related master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
