Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a Director of Emergency Services (PHH) to oversee administrative and operational functions across departments, focusing on cost control, human resources, quality of care, and patient and staff satisfaction.

Under the VP of Patient Services and CNO, this role advances the Shared Governance model and drives value-driven outcomes in a person-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
• 7 years of nursing experience, to include three (3) years of progressive management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including cost and finance management.
• Improve quality of care, clinical outcomes, and satisfaction among patients, physicians and staff.
• Lead change management and participate in Shared Governance model.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Serves as part of a the management team and Shared Governance Model focused on promoting the mission, vision and values, of PHC and Nursing Professional Practice, embracing a person-centered philosophy while promoting patient- family centered services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes.
