Leadership and collaboration across departments are essential. Required nursing background with strong leadership; advanced degrees preferred; 3+ years of relevant experience required and 5+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years applicable experience required.
• 5+ years applicable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Lead patient throughput strategies and capacity planning.
• Develop policies and nursing standards to meet patient needs.
• Improve patient experience and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and labor management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
