Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration required.
• 3+ years of progressive acute care management experience at COO level or via COO development program.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for hospital operations and governance.
• Direct administrative direction, evaluation, and coordination of departments.
• Improve facilities, procurement, and capital projects within assigned areas.
• Lead performance measurement, productivity, quality improvement and cost controls.
• Foster strategic alliances and ensure patient satisfaction and service quality.
