Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum three (3) years nursing leadership experience.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Nursing Services in the ED and its programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards of care.
• Develop quality and performance improvement programs with nursing leadership.
• Monitor staffing, budgets, and unit operational performance.
