- Lead organizational strategy, nonprofit management, operations, and growth.
- Oversee fundraising, donor relations, and revenue development.
- Partner with the Board to set priorities and annual workplans.
- Strengthen advocacy, public policy priorities, and external relations.
- Guide program management, measurement, and impact across Maine.
