  • Lead organizational strategy, nonprofit management, operations, and growth.
  • Oversee fundraising, donor relations, and revenue development.
  • Partner with the Board to set priorities and annual workplans.
  • Strengthen advocacy, public policy priorities, and external relations.
  • Guide program management, measurement, and impact across Maine.
