Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least 10 years of teaching in early childhood education and 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards.
• Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive, collaborative team.
• Deliver the Wonder of Learning program to spark curiosity and aid growth.
• Build strong relationships with families and promote the School in the community.
• Manage budget, enrollment and resources for operational success.
• Maintain a safe, clean and prepared environment for children and staff.
