Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams of educators and administrators.
• Proven ability to drive enrollment and family engagement.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct recruiting, retention, and engagement strategy for faculty and staff.
• Coach and develop the Director and administrative team into accountable leaders.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and labor management with compliance focus.
• Own enrollment strategy, tour experience, waitlists, and family retention.
• Partner in local marketing and community engagement to build reputation.
