You will shape how the school operates, drive enrollment, manage budgets and staffing, and build a culture of excellence for families and staff, delivering data-informed performance reviews and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, educational leadership, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in educational leadership, early childhood education, business administration, or related field is strongly preferred and reflected in compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead through Director and administrative team to establish operational discipline, strengthen accountability and culture.
• Drive enrollment and community presence with data-informed decisions.
• Develop staffing, scheduling, and labor management to align with enrollment.
• Partner with ownership on marketing, community outreach, and family experience.
